Postage & Shipping charges
Shipping (=Postage & Packing) is £4.95 per order for orders up to and including £100 in the UK. We have held this price since April 2013. But,
a) Shipping is free for orders over £100 in value (not including P&P) in the UK. Make your order up to over £100 in value to save on the cost of shipping!
b) Shipping is £2.95 on very small orders up to £2.95 in value.
What is ‘Shipping’?
Shipping is:-
1) cost of Royal Mail's postal service, plus
2) costs of external packing materials, such as the mailers and mailing cartons that are used to ship your dyes etc, plus
3) the Paypal transaction fee (we don’t receive £4.95...)
Delivery charges to Europe and the rest of World (that is, all countries outside UK)
We ship orders to all countries in the world and currently we have customers in more than 80 countries. However, with increased cost of international freight and postage, especially outside Europe, we need to cover our post & packing costs.

You do not need to contact us for 3 or 4 packet seed orders as these can be sent for the £4.95 charged by the shopping cart (unless the quantity is large!). Just order as usual.

Delivery charges to Europe
This is an approximate guide to the Delivery Charges to Europe:
Standard Tracked
up to 100 grams £4.95 add £5 more (for each weight)
up to 500 grams £8.95
up to 750 grams £10.95
up to 1000 grams £11.95
up to 1250 grams £12.95
up to 1500 grams £14.95
up to 2000 grams £16.95

All orders over 100 grams to Italy, Greece and some East European countries will be sent by Tracked Airmail. Therefore, you will be charged for Tracked Airmail which is £5 more than the Standard Airmail charges listed above.
Orders over £190 in value or which are over 1.9kg in weight when packed will be split into 2 or more separate parcels and charged separately for shipping and sent Tracked.
EU VAT charges
IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ, if you are an EU or European customer:-
Your Country may now charge you VAT, taxes and a handling fee. It is your responsibility to pay these extra costs. They are in addition to our invoice and shipping charges. The amount is set by your individual Country, not by the UK.

Delivery charges for airmail orders to USA, Australia, Central & South America, Africa & Asia etc
Covid19 Note:
All orders over 100 grams to non-European destinations will be sent by Tracked Airmail. Therefore, you will be charged for Tracked Airmail which is £5 more than the charges listed below. When the postal services return to normal, we may be able to return to sending orders by Standard Airmail as per the charges in the table below.
Most non-European countries are World Zone 1 or 2. The USA is World Zone 3 and most expensive. Australia & New Zealand are World Zone 2. The Royal Mail charges more for Airmail to Australia and New Zealand but we are currently absorbing the extra costs involved.

We use UK Royal Mail's Airmail service to ship most parcels. For quicker deliveries, Royal Mail advises the use of their International Tracked & Signed (= Tracked above) service.

Returns
You may cancel your order at any time before we despatch your order or before 7 working days from the date that you receive your order. Your cancellation must be in writing, either by letter or by email, and the cost of returning the goods will remain your responsibility. The goods must be returned undamaged and capable for resale at the full price. You will receive a full refund of the product cost within 30 days.

If you cancel before we have sent the Goods, we will refund to you the price of the Goods and the cost of delivery.

If you cancel after we have despatched the Goods, we will refund the price of the goods only. If you cancel your order after we have despatched the Goods, you must return them to us within 7 days in the same condition in which you received them. We cannot refund your money if the Goods have been used, or are worn or damaged.

To assist us in identifying your Goods on receipt by us, we ask you to telephone or email for a returns reference number before returning the goods, to be placed below our address on the returns label.

In summary, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Goods should be returned: with packaging and tags in their original condition; securely wrapped; and at your risk and cost.
