Shipping Policy
Prices
All prices are shown inclusive of UK VAT (sales tax) at the current rate and will be charged using the rate applicable at the invoice date. We are dependent on supplies from throughout the world in multiple currencies and the prices published on the web site are therefore subject to change without prior notice. We are especially dependent on the US dollar exchange rate.
Delivery Information for the UK
Our customers comment on the rapid turnaround for their orders. Smaller orders, up to 2 kg packed, are usually shipped via Royal Mail to both UK and overseas addresses. Heavier or bulky orders are shipped via several carriers, including Parcelforce, DHL and TNT.
Please ensure that your goods can be received at the delivery address that you provide, or give instructions where they can be left safely, as a re-delivery charge will be required for all returned orders.
Delivery to Europe and to other Overseas Customers
We welcome orders from non-UK overseas customers. We try to deliver at cost and will advise you of any extra charges that may be incurred in sending the goods to your address. We will send you a separate PayPal invoice for any extra delivery charges to pay.

The goods will be dispatched when we receive payment in response to our email confirming carriage costs.
VAT at the current rate is included in the prices shown on this web site. The buyer is also liable for any import tax and duty at the rate set by their country of location.
Payment Options
Payment is always in advance
Our preferred payment method is Paypal but we accept payment by credit card or debit card through the shopping cart, or by a cheque drawn on a UK bank and sent by post. Payment can also be made by Inter Bank Transfer, especially for organisations that cannot pay by card or by Paypal. [1]

Cancellations
Cancelling your order
You may cancel your order at any time before we despatch your order or before 7 working days from the date that you receive your order. Your cancellation must be in writing by email, and the cost of returning the goods will remain your responsibility. The goods must be returned undamaged and capable for resale at the full price. You will receive a full refund of the product cost within 30 days.
If you cancel before we have sent the Goods, we will refund to you the price of the Goods and the cost of delivery. Note, however, that we usually send your order the same day except at weekends.
If you cancel after we have despatched the Goods, we will refund the price of the goods only. If you cancel your order after we have despatched the Goods, you must return them to us within 7 days in the same condition in which you received them.
We cannot refund your money if the Goods have been used, or are worn or damaged.
To assist us in identifying your Goods on receipt by us, we ask you to telephone or email for a returns reference number before returning the goods, to be placed below our address on the returns label.
In summary, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Goods should be returned: with packaging and tags in their original condition; securely wrapped; and at your risk and cost.
Damaged goods
Don’t accept any package that appears badly damaged and notify us immediately if you have refused the package. We always advise you to sign for goods as ‘not examined’. In the event of a claim against the carrier, you will need to keep any packing materials for the carrier’s inspection and to answer any enquiries from them or we cannot accept any responsibility for compensation.

Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and the English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute. This agreement shall not be governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, the application of which is hereby expressly excluded.
Payment in Advance Variations
Payment is strictly In Advance except for a few named government organisations, where specifically negotiated. Then it is 14 days from the date of the Invoice only. Any failure to pay in the 14 day period will result in future orders reverting to payment in advance only.

1. Click on the “Add to Cart” or “Buy” buttons to add the item
2. Click on “Continue Shopping” to add further items
3. When you are ready to buy, click on “Buy” or “View Cart”
4. Click on “Proceed to Checkout”.
At this stage, you can either,
a. Pay by PayPal,
Go to “Log in to PayPal” on the lower right of the screen and enter your email and password, then follow the on-screen instructions.
b. If you do not wish to use PayPal, or do not have a PayPal account, you can pay directly by credit or debit card – See next section, b).

b) Use the Shopping Cart to pay by Credit Card or Debit Card

Click on the “Add to Cart” or “Buy” buttons to add the item
Click on “Continue Shopping” to add further items
When you are ready to buy, click on “Buy” or “View Cart”
Click on “Proceed to Checkout”.
Go to lower left side of screen where it says:-
“Don't have a PayPal account?
Use your credit card or bank account. Continue”
And click on “Continue”. You will then be presented with a screen entitled
“Pay with Credit Card or Log In”
Ignore the PayPal login and fill in the left side of the screen.
When you select the country, you will be given a range of supported card types for your country. Follow the on-screen instructions.
c) Cheque sent by post or bank transfer

If you wish to order by cheque, please note that this should be drawn on a UK-based bank and enquire for further details via the Contact Form. Cheques will only be accepted on the understanding that the goods will not be despatched until the cheque clears (about 7 days).
